Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

1 large cauliflower head, trimmed and cut into 2 inch florets

1 cup of buffalo sauce, split into 2- 1/2 cups (I use Frank’s Buffalo Red Hot Sauce)

1 tbsp of granulated garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp of white pepper (you can use black pepper if you prefer)

Non stick cooking spray

Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing, for serving

Cooking directions:

  1. Lightly spray the bottom of the air fryer tray/rack with the nonstick spray.
  2. Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl. Add 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce to the bowl and toss with the florets.
  3. Sprinkle granulated garlic, paprika, and white pepper over the sauced cauliflower, and toss once more until the cauliflower is entirely coated. (Save the bowl to use after cooking)
  4. Place the florets in a single layer on the air fryer tray/rack.
  5. Set air fryer temperature and time @ 375 degrees for 12 minutes. (if you would like them very crispy, cook for an extra 2-3 minutes)
  6. Remove cauliflower bites and place back into the same large bowl, add the remaining 1/2 cups of buffalo sauce and toss again.
  7. Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing and fresh veggie sticks. Enjoy!
