Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
1 large cauliflower head, trimmed and cut into 2 inch florets
1 cup of buffalo sauce, split into 2- 1/2 cups (I use Frank’s Buffalo Red Hot Sauce)
1 tbsp of granulated garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp of white pepper (you can use black pepper if you prefer)
Non stick cooking spray
Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing, for serving
Cooking directions:
- Lightly spray the bottom of the air fryer tray/rack with the nonstick spray.
- Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl. Add 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce to the bowl and toss with the florets.
- Sprinkle granulated garlic, paprika, and white pepper over the sauced cauliflower, and toss once more until the cauliflower is entirely coated. (Save the bowl to use after cooking)
- Place the florets in a single layer on the air fryer tray/rack.
- Set air fryer temperature and time @ 375 degrees for 12 minutes. (if you would like them very crispy, cook for an extra 2-3 minutes)
- Remove cauliflower bites and place back into the same large bowl, add the remaining 1/2 cups of buffalo sauce and toss again.
- Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing and fresh veggie sticks. Enjoy!
