Roasted Lemon Pepper Salmon

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 13-15 minutes

Ingredients:

2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

3 fresh garlic cloves, minced

2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Black pepper

4- 6 oz fresh salmon fillets, center cut

Salt, optional

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  2. Mix first 4 ingredients together. Marinate mixture with salmon filets for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Place salmon filets on a non stick pan and cook for 13-15 minutes.
  4. Remove salmon and let it rest for 5 minutes. Serve with fresh lemon wedge.
